Jason R. AulaLOS ANGELES, California — On Tuesday, April 11, 2023, the Signal Hill City Council held an in-person meeting.
The City of Signal Hill appointed Daritza Gonzalez a Civil Service Commissioner to City Clerk. Gonzalez also works for far-left democrat Janice K. Hahn, a Los Angeles County District 4 Supervisor who indirectly assured and affirmed the appointment via councilmembers Ed Wilson, Keir Jones, and Tina Hansen. “I am always looking at different ways that I can be involved in the city,” Gonzalez said. “And I thought this was one way that aligned very well with my skills.” Not to discount, the new City Clerk, but the educated and ethical people of Signal Hill prefer an election not an appointment decided by a single digit number of people instead of hundreds or thousands of people, despite the cost of a municipal election, which is all but irrelevant when considering the faith an election holds within the law-making system at the municipal. “I love Signal Hill,” Gonzalez said. “I’m applying here today because I love the city. I want to be involved in more ways than one.” Given the undesired parasitic financial liability a democrat creates for the people of Signal Hill it is difficult to support Daritza Gonzalez hopefully she makes the intelligible choice and switches to the Republican Party, perhaps she maybe able to get elected to The State Legislature (AD-70) with such a desirable look with an endorsement from perhaps Donald J. Trump?
