Jason R. AulaLOS ANGELES, California — On Tuesday, June 14th pursuant to AB 361, the Signal Hill City Council continued to hold virtual meetings.
In 2019, Signal Hill voters approved Measure N, which resulted in a City Charter amendment authorization. In accordance with the City Charter, a proposed ordinance would amend Chapter 1.14 of the Signal Hill Municipal Code as to municipal elections in compliance with Measure N. Mayor Keir Jones presented a proclamation to Andy Perez, of the Long Beach LGBTQ Center in honor of Harvey Milk Day, which fell on May, 22nd. The next regularly scheduled Signal Hill City Council meeting will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. City Council Members are compensated at a rate of $694.14 per month.
