City of Signal Hill via Woods covers up bribes and organizational intent involved with Temple Avenue housing project

LOS ANGELES, California — On Tuesday, November 12, 2024, the Signal Hill City Council held an in-person meeting.

Aside from the bribes Lori Woods & Co. has received for this city expenditure, the City of Signal Hill is softly separately forecasted to receive $427,028.48 via impact fees in town from Signal Hill Venture, LLC. What is the difference between the folks that had authority in Bell, such as Robert Rizzo and Lori Woods of Signal? The hard answer is race, location, and value of illegal public transactions. The forecasted fees have been included within the 2025-2026 City budget as follows with $204,336.00 for parks and recreation, $217,216.00 for water services, and $5,476.48 for traffic improvements. 

The City of Signal Hill again has chosen to cover up expenses money laundering style time and time again with the true cause for the Temple Avenue housing project, terrorism of some kind. The behavior of the City of Signal Hill along with racist domestic terrorists in town with authority such as Lori Woods using it as their vehicle is linked with lack of F.B.I. in town, which resulted in the Signal Hill City Clerk no longer being able to administer elections because of fraud, false state of election votes, and corruption that was founded by several prominent Signal Hill residents, with some living today and some not living today, in 2017 instead of Lori Woods & Co. being apprehended for domestic terrorism exclusively decided by the F.B.I. not other law enforcement agencies. 

This organization condemns Carl Kemp's 2016 prison sentence because of racism and terror such as Chicano supremacy subservient to evil Chinese communism funds involved with courting and illegal Democratic Party politicization of the local US Court, however, there is a place quite locally Woods should be sent to for desecrating the City of Signal Hill not only in terms of financial crimes, which softly is something money can cure, but she needs to be put in the local prison because she is a domestic terrorist on top of it all given her loyalty to evil communist China and her USA citizenship plus her public authority with the City of Signal Hill compounded by each bribe payment received for each public transaction as a public official. Terminal Island has housing for Lori Woods that is truly becoming of someone with her lack of honor, patriotism, and tolerance of other races of people. 

City Council Members are compensated at a rate of $722.18 per month.
