City of Signal Hill contracts with RAMS

LOS ANGELES, California — On Tuesday, April 11th, 2023, pursuant to AB 361, the Signal Hill City Council continued to hold virtual meetings. 

Mayor Hanson delivered a proclamation to the Signal Hill Police Department in honor of National Public Safety Telecommunications Week. Also, Mayor Hanson delivered a proclamation for earning the rank of Eagle Scout to Ben Kitchens of Signal Hill. 

The city council approved a fee waiver for the Signal Hill Community Foundation for use of the Signal Hill Terrace benefiting the Signal Hill community including permission to serve alcohol at the facility for the event. The city council authorized the City Manager to contract with Rogers Anderson Malody & Scott LLP (RAMS) for a three year period totaling $154,810 for professional auditing services. American Asphalt Inc. completed work for the 2022-2023 Slurry Seal Program per the public works agreement with the City of Signal Hill. 

City Council Members are compensated at a rate of $722.18 per month.
